We diagnose our services for a flat fee, no matter how long it takes to find the problem. We then show you in our Up-Front Pricing Book exactly what the cost will be for repairs or general plumbing services.

The service is based upon the total cost of the job itself including labor, materials and taxes. In addition, any fixtures supplied by The Plumbing and Rooter Company (Stoess Plumbing) carry a first year warranty on the part itself and the labor. It doesn't matter how long it takes, or what problems may occur during the job, the price will not change. If our professional plumber should encounter that additional repairs are needed, he is required to notify you of a quote change immediately.
